SINGLES A very poor turn out where only 6 players turned up, but

saying that the standard was still very high.
1^st round

Zoë played very well to beat Tracey Bishop 3-0 Tracey missing her

Doubles in the first leg.

Semi Final

Zoë v Jackie Crew

Which was what we thought it would be a very evenly matched game

with good darts from both players, Zoë coming out the 3-1 winner?

Final

Zoë v Sandra Leighton

Sandra another player like Zoë having her first season for

Worcestershire County this year. After the first two legs it was all

square but then Zoë won the next two legs in 20 and 16 darts to win

3-1. Doubles

Again with only 3 pairs Zoë and Rachel Dixon had a bye into the Final
where they met Sandra Leighton and Annie Ryder.

Zoë and Rachel went one nil down only to come back strong to win 3-

1.
This was great day for Zoe and it was made even better with the news

that she had just been told that she was the BDO Youth Player of the year.
